All New Zealand orders over $50 are delivered free of charge.
We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive safely and use a reputable courier services to ship our products to ensure that arrive to you quickly and in tip top condition.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order to you within 7 working days for orders received before 9am Monday to Friday (subject to availability of stock and other considerations), however some remote or rural locations may take a little longer (please allow an additional 3 working days for rural addresses)
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day and occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock.
Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.

We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, Pandemics & Natural Disasters) or delays which result from supplier delivery delays or as a consequence of an incorrect delivery address.
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com within three days of receiving your item, including a photo if the fault is visible. It may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.
